0:07.0	Now did you have any mentors growing up as well that supported you with some of these things or it was all like you know I actually that's a good question because to me mentorship is a very misunderstood idea.

0:29.0	and would like to aspire to be and please, you know allow me to to learn everything at your feet right
0:34.9	which doesn't well well I don't know what works or not the bottom line is you are a mentor the

0:45.1	podcast from your work teaches me something. And I need to find a group of people
0:50.9	in my life constantly that I'm learning from.
0:53.4	They're my mentors.
0:54.9	I don't try to rest too much weight in any one individual.
0:59.8	Our job is to create a set a roadmap of individuals in our lives through whom we learn.

1:08.0	And I just started a new, I was just chatting with you about a second ago, I started a new high-tech,

1:14.8	yes right I am so out of my own but you know I'm raising money I'm hiring
1:20.5	individuals I'm coming up with strategy I'm building a sales, I'm doing a lot of the stuff I know how to do, a lot of the stuff I don't know how to do.
1:27.0	I am finding mentors left and right. It's survival.
1:31.0	So mentorship to me is about relational learning and if you think about it that way then you then you don't have a mentor
1:38.1	You have many mentors where is on your learning roadmap. What is relational learning?
