I still remember a particular day early in my real estate career. As a young

eager agent I was enthusiastically striding down the office hallway lockbox in hand

ready to step out into the field along the way I bumped into a senior colleague a man known for his considerable success in the industry he looked at the lockbox and then at me and asked where where are you off to, Darren?

I said I'm headed to a property to install this lockbox on a new listing.
