It is Saturday, April 25th, and we have a very fun episode for you. I happen to stumble upon an article from a Harvard trained psychologist. I'll give her some love. Dr. Courtney Warren is her name. And she says that there are eight things that couples who are

emotionally secure regularly talk about it. And she talks about these subjects with a question,

a way of entering into these types of conversations. And so I thought it would be cool, babe,

if we went over these eight topics to

see if we have these types of conversations that we're supposed to be having for us to know

and recognize that yes, in fact, we can trust each other. Okay. And emotionally, we have a secure
