episode. I will be deleting it at some point, probably pretty soon soon but just to announce that I'm doing another

trip with Trova trip who reached out to me early 23 I think asking if I wanted to lead a retreat somewhere in the world and I couldn't say no.

I still feel like I can't believe I get to do this.

And so we ended up get to do this.

And so we ended up going to Costa Rica.

It's all based on a survey of you, of my audience.

You choose where you want to go,

when the best time of year for you is and what your best price point is.

And then Trov a trip puts all those things together and chooses a place.

And they know that I'm an herbalist they know that my community is

interested in earth and plant connection and so they catered the Costa Rica

trip that we went on in September towards that and it was amazing.

There were 12 of us that ended up being all women, not surprising.

And it was beyond my expectations in every way.

I had chosen not to sign up for a second trip leading up to it because my energy was so bad.

I was going through such deep adrenal and thyroid depletion, which I'm still coming out of and I'm feeling better.

But I was like you know I'm just going to see how this goes and decide then and it went so well.

It was amazing. I loved every person who came. The activities

that Trova Trivatrip set up for us were just so perfect and I am thrilled, thrilled to be doing another one.
