We really cherish the moments where we get to celebrate historical moments in film,

be that with creatives, be that through anniversaries,

to dive into films that have meant a lot to us,

filmmakers that have meant a lot to us.

Something that pops to

minds is our episode on City of God, which we were so thrilled to be able to do. And this week's

episode is something of the same, to be honest, because our latest guest on soundtracking is something

of a cinematic polymath, a writer, director, editor, sound engineer, Walter March. I can't believe he's on the

podcast. He joined me to discuss the 50th anniversary of the conversation, which has been re-released

in selected cinemas so you can enjoy it in all its glory on the big screen. Walter took care of

the sound and editing on that for starters.

We also unpacked some of the rest of his long and fruitful relationship with Francis Ford Coppola,

which also encompasses Apocalypse Now and all three Godfather movies. Somebody Pinch me.
