My name is Rob Maower. Today we are talking about Walmart and Tesla and

Tesla and their ongoing solar dispute.

Tesla stock on the day today did finish up 0.60% to $222.15 that compared to the NASDAQ down 0.36%.

Before we get into the Tesla stuff and I'm not going to go on and on here, but I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for the incredible support over the last two days. It has floored me. I cannot express how grateful I am this community is incredible and I'm

so lucky to have a place in it. Thank you. To those of you that have sent me emails

wrapping up at work so things are really busy for me right now. But thank you. I

Tesla. I've spent the evening coming through legal documents from this whole

Walmart Tesla Solar Dispute, which I'm sure most of you by now have heard at least a little

bit about. So we're going to go through the details on that, but before we do that, I want to just hit the high points

of a couple other pieces of news,

just so they don't get missed.

Though I haven't had much time to go into the details

on these topics because of the solar stuff.

First is a rating change from Moody's.

They upgraded Tesla's speculative grade liquidity

from SGL 4 to SGL 3.

So SGL here just stands for speculative grade liquidity,

and that is just a rating of the risk
