Summary

Carl Quintanilla and Jim Cramer kicked off the show live from the NYSE, with co-anchor David Faber joining live from the FII Priority Summit in Miami. The anchors hit the morning’s biggest earnings movers starting with Walmart. The major retailer topped earnings and revenue estimates for its fiscal fourth quarter, but said its profit growth will slow in the current fiscal year. Another big name to watch was Alibaba, after shares of the company surged on strong results, with the stock now up 60% year-to-date. Later in the hour, Faber brought in OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar, in her first interview since Elon Musk made an $97.4 billion unsolicited bid for OpenAI. Squawk on the Street Disclaimer
