Deaths dropped by nearly 50% from the coronavirus and the overall total new daily infections number was down both for the first time in eight days.

Hopefully we can string some of those days together. We talk about the weekend and the world of sports,

the droopies to Monday night football, potentially when his career is over where and how could leagues return to action amid the coronavirus all that and more.

Plus we got a couple of guests for you. Shannon Spakeswingsby to talk about the eye racing, which has been wildly popular with NASCAR.

Appreciate all of you hanging out with us on this Monday. I hope you're all having a good start to the week,

wherever you may be across this great country or this great world. A lot to dive into as we always do on the Monday edition of the of the program.

But I want to start with what I did over the weekend. I bet a lot of you are doing things that are similar in some form of your quarantine to life.

I played wiffleball. I played football. I played basketball. I went on this geo caching. I think it's called search with the kids where you have sort of a digital

hidden. So I don't even what you call it like almost like a treasure chest that you're trying to find. So we went and did that all without

obviously really anybody else other than our family. I put up a video of me going Lamar Jackson going full on double moves on my kids in the backyard.

Dad playing one against number one against two guys two of my kids. We've got three boys. So the five year old dropped out early, but the other two kept going.

So we played a lot of different sports. And we also watched two different basically games video games on the on television.

They had a madden challenge, which Rachel banana one of my co host from lock it in was one of the host of. And my boys love playing madden probably the number one thing that they have enjoyed doing without having school is they've been playing in an

ordnance amount of the madden video game such that I oftentimes like 90% of my discipline has involved to them fighting over madden games in some form or fashion in our house.

And then we also watched the eye racing on NASCAR, which was pretty cool on FS one as well. What is all that sum up there is a desperate demand for sports in this country.
