And Mara Healy said that she has prosecuted cases as the Attorney General.

And it appears that she was, again, shading the truth a little bit.

According to the annual reports of the Attorney General's office, when she was Attorney

General, in 2015, two snap prosecutions, but these were begun under the previous AG, Coakley.

2016, one prosecution mentioned in report.

This is her second full year as Attorney General.

And then for her last six years as the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of

Massachusetts, there were no snap prosecutions mentioned in the report. Zero.
