Stocks recorded another day of losses on Friday

as investors continue to worry that an aggressive Federal reserve will push the economy into recession.

The major averages trim their losses going into the close, but now before the Dow recorded a new

low for the year. With Fridays drop the major averages have now

fallen in seven of the last nine sessions. This dates back to September 13th when

the release of a hotter than expected inflation report sent the market spiraling.

All 11 S&P sectors finish lower. Energy was the weakest, tumbling more than 6% as oil prices

slid. Today is Monday, so let's turn to our catalyst to watch for the

week. It's also one of our top stories. Seeking Alpha Managing Editor Kim

So you got kind of the week bookended at the start of the week.

There's Elon Musk is going to be deposed in the in the trial over the Twitter acquisition and of course the

that's going to be behind closed doors it's going to be two days of questioning but you know it's not

unheard of for you know leaks to come out of depositions so people

will be watching closely for that and then at the end of the week it's Twitter's

AI Day it's its event day where it usually comes up with new products and new ideas and the big one, the buzz about is Optimus. It's humanoid robot.
