0:25.0	Wall Street posted another day of robust gains on Tuesday, adding to a rebound that began the previous day,
0:31.0	as stocks come further off their lows of the year.
0:34.6	The Dow Jones finished up 2.8%.
0:37.3	The S&P 500 ended up 3.1% and the NASDAQ closed up 3.3%.
