The Elon Musk Twitter deal is temporarily on hold, but why? And what is happening to

Twitter's shares following this announcement? The White House announces actions

to address the shortage of baby formula, but how long will it take for more product to hit the shelves?

A leaked memo from Apple, what is the company telling employees about future opportunities?

First, let's take a look at the market. The Dow Jones closed down 104 points at 3,000, 730,

the S&P 500 down 5 points, closing again below 4,000, and the NASDAQ closed up 7 points.

Now on to our day watch.

Square space up 48%, Lordstown Motors 47%,

Apple of and Corp Class A gained 35 percent, D-bold Nixdorf 35 percent, in Money Lion Class A 36 percent.

The top losers, Ten and Medical down 76 percent%, A Tinto S.A. 36%, Dutch Bro's Class A lost 27%, Outbrain 20%,

an iron source Class A down 18% the top gainers and losers at seeking alpha.com.

We'll take a look at Dow S&P and NASDAQ futures in a few minutes as well as the world markets.

Now on to our top stories.

Elon Musk says the Twitter deal is temporarily on hold.

This being announced in a tweet before 6 o'clock this morning. The Tesla CEO

tweeted a Reuters story from May 2nd that says spam or fake accounts on

Twitter account for less than 5% of users. The deal is on hold pending details supporting that calculation.

Pre-market Twitter shares took a plunge. Thursday, Twitter closed down 2% at 45 a share.
