away. So this is off to a great start, but to be honest, I'm in one of the best

moods ever. I am off copious amounts of vitamins because I am celebrating the fact that

I secured another property for the third time.

I'm gonna be a homeowner.

We got the deal through on the first house

on our list of houses that we would have liked. So it's it's

celebratory time down here in the valley for me men.

I've been a homeowner since 23 and I don't deserve any of it, but here we are.

Tell us about a new place, Drake.

So it is really kind of a dream.

I'm actually in a bit of shock right now that my fortune in the real estate realm has made it possible for me to parlay into living in such a place.

The house itself is reasonably modest in size, like 2,700 square feet or so, one level, but it is a new build, absolutely pristine on the inside, like,

actually fits the color scheme of the furniture that we already have from Nashville which is awesome.

It sits on like 1.25 acres on the corner lot of new housing development in a really booming area of the valley that was kind of left untapped.

And yeah, well, man're going to getting there before the boom and I feel

pretty fortunate. Dope. I've tried to send us the old Zilla link so we can stop.
