0:41.2	It was a warm summer evening in Arr, a quiet and lovely city in southern France.
0:50.8	Flowers and trees blossomed all around, and picturesque little houses adorned every street.
1:06.4	Like the flowers, these homes were colourful and sunny. It was almost as if they were in constant
1:14.8	competition with the nature around them to see who could be brighter and more cheerful.
1:25.4	One such house stood in the middle of a square, nestled in the heart of the city.
1:36.4	This evening, the rich sunlight shone upon the house.
1:40.8	It was buttery yellow in colour. It shutters all painted a vibrant green.
1:50.0	The facade was partially obscured in places by blooming only andes and acasias,
1:59.7	which provided the perfect dollops of colour outside this cozy and welcoming home.
2:08.6	The branches of the oeander's were bejeweled with pink flowers and had a smattering of white ones as well.
2:22.3	The acacia trees had oval green leaves and delicate yellow blooms.
2:29.1	A few people walked up and down the street, going about their business at a leisurely pace,
2:40.3	not rushing to get anywhere.
2:46.5	It was clear that life moved more slowly here. Everyone seemed happy,
2:53.0	light and patient as though they had learned to enjoy the art of doing nothing.
3:05.2	On the first floor of the yellow house, the green shutters of one of the windows were open.
3:12.7	A tall, thin man stood behind the glass looking out onto the street.
