| 1:14.7 | spirit dula and what have you learned in your experiences? Well, that's a very large question. |

| 1:36.3 | For me to be a spirit dula, which was a term I created for myself over a decade ago, |
| 1:43.6 | because when people would ask me what I did, generally I would say I'm a massage therapist because I did massage therapy for 35 years. |
