Welcome to Sochiology 101. As you can see, our guest today is Brian Wagner, who is going to be walking with me through Ephesian Chapter 1 and maybe two if we get there. I'm not making any promises because as you well know, we try to interact with the questions on the side chat. And of course, Brian is very long-winded. Not me. I'm very quick and short with my words,

but Brian, man, he just goes on and on and on sometimes with all of his Greek studies and such.

And of course, anybody who knows anything about me knows that I'm the long-winded one of the two.

But at the same time, we do want to thoroughly go through this passage.

We may even pull in some contrary views from ours in order to engage with some of the other

perspectives.

But we do thank you for joining in.

I hope you have had a good Lord's Day today and celebrating just a time to worship. I worship with my family in my living room today.

And my daughter brought her ukulele out and sang. And she's just, she's my favorite singer.

She doesn't have any recordings yet, except for what I turn on my phone and record her.

But I would love for her to record stuff because I just listen to her all the time because she has such a beautiful voice.

I love listening to her.

And I guess I'm a little biased because she is my daughter.

But at the same time, we had a good worship this morning in a Bible study and very different kind of worship than I've ever had before on a Sunday morning.

But I wouldn't have changed it for anything in the world.

It was a great time with my family and so I've very much enjoyed it Brian how have you

been my friend fine thanks Layton and I'm glad I don't speak too much because

your words are so much better anyway you smooth that you smooth out the ruffles of

the things I try to share but I tell you what home home

meetings when I saw your recording there just brought me back to the time I was in

Ireland doing church planting and and you always start out in homes and and just have four

or five families in one big room like that,
