So the way I want to start this episode is sharing how you've been able to sustain and thrive in a business that's incredibly difficult to make a place for yourself and keep that place.

What's the playbook for how you've been able to do what you've done for as long as you've been able to do it?

Well, I didn't just want to be someone who survived.

I wanted to be somebody who is alive.

I never watched life.

I lived out loud you know it could go into my bipolar disorder the

mania that that creates that manic state but it worked for me and against me. It worked for me in the sense that it kept me going

Where my wisdom came in

was knowing that I had a great love for what I do. And in order to sustain, you have to take care of yourself. So I took care of myself off camera, off stage.

It was the work I did in those places

that made me who I am when someone says action or places.

I bring the whole self. I never gave 100%. I give 2,000%. I don't even know how to give less because of the love for it. You see love rules no matter what it is. You know, so yeah, I, I, what can I tell you? I graduated from Webster University.
