Allelujah. All right, I'm going to continue teaching from Ephesians Chapter 4.

Let me just go back and start with verse 17.

It says in verse 17, this I say therefore

and testify in the

hents forth walk not as other Gentiles walk in the vanity of their mind.

And last night I spent a lot of time talking about what the vanity of the mind is,

the Gentiles, this is exactly what Jeremy was talking about. of the

the mind is the Gentiles, this is exactly what Jeremy was talking about. The household of faith talks differently.

We should be different. We should not walk like other Gentiles walk. There ought to be a difference between us and a person that doesn't have the life of God in them.

We're alive and they're dead.

Man, I was in a church one time and that guy died and they called 911 and they carried out half the church

for they found the dead person. I mean most churches are dead. That was funny what that guy said about me being old school humor. I've never heard that

one before. I guess I am old school. I't know but anyway we shouldn't be like people that are dead we're alive

We ought to have some joy and victory in us it ought to be difference and so it says don't walk as Gentiles walk in the

vanity of their mind and this word vanity is defined by two things in

utility and that's what I got stuck on last night, was just talking

about not utilizing their brain, that sin isn't smart, sin is emotional, and that most people

are controlled and dominated by emotions.

Emotions are where sin is conceived.
