Welcome to another episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

This episode we will, oh sorry about that, this episode we will be doing another guided meditation or visualization, whatever you prefer calling it.

The last one that we did seems to have been pretty popular, and I got a few requests to do another one.

So here we are. Now this visualization isn't that long but should be a good one.

I gathered inspiration from a couple of different sources,

which I will outline in the show notes.

But with that being said, let's just jump into it.

For this visualization, I want to start off by doing something different than most.

In most visualizations I ask you to first get into a comfortable position.

Today, however, I want you to start by treating yourself to a satisfying brief stretch.

And we're going to do this so that we can loosen up a little bit and we actually want to sort of reclaim a little bit of energy

before we go on our journey and you'll see why we want maybe a little bit more energy in our

journey.

It certainly doesn't have to be a rigorous stretch.

You don't have to stand up and stretch every little part of your body, but maybe you're

laying down, maybe you just want to try to stretch your hamstrings a little bit.

Maybe you just want to waste your body a little bit side to side to release some of the tension from your lower back.

And of course after we do this, I want you to now settle in and find a comfortable position.

But I'll give you a little more time to work out any little kinks during your stretch first. I'm going to ask you to across them just for now and just settle in. I want you to feel like you're almost floating on top of your

mattress or couch or lounge chair or you know chair at your desk in your office.
