It's Sean Lynn, the Gloucester-Hartbury head coach, who's been very successful with Gloucester Hartbury,

and a man who knows a large proportion of the Wales squad very well.

So first up, with Laura and I, we will be discussing this appointment and other issues within the game in Wales,
