Summary

In this episode, we sit down with Hal Elrod, bestselling author of The Miracle Morning, to explore the habits and mindset shifts that can transform your life. Hal shares the story behind his life-changing morning routine and how the S.A.V.E.R.S. method — Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing — has helped millions take control of their days before the world takes control of them. We also dive into his personal journey of overcoming a near-fatal car accident and a battle with cancer, and how those experiences shaped his philosophy on resilience, emotional responsibility, and choosing faith over fear. This conversation is packed with practical strategies for building discipline, elevating your mindset, and creating extraordinary results through small, consistent actions. If you're looking to upgrade your mornings — and ultimately your life — this episode delivers both inspiration and a clear roadmap to get started. Okay. Do you know that we've known each other? I was going to say, have brain damage on, so this is the first. I might be also learning something that I have forgotten. Okay, well, I'm super excited now. Let's go. You and I were part of a selfless givers group. Do you remember this? Yes. And so every Friday we would do a Zoom call. I remember these Zooms. And I was so punk because I'm on the phone with Hal Elrod of Miracle Morning. Oh, man. And then I got to know a couple guys in the group like John Rulin. Yeah. And I just learned of his story, dude. So anyway, it is good to meet you not on a Zoom call. Yeah. After probably dozens of times. Well, and I admire you. I mean, it's always so interesting when you meet someone that, like, that you admire and then, like, I hear you like, oh, you, you thought it was cool being on a Zoom call with me?
