You know, I was reading that dirt book, and then I was driving down the road, and I saw all these

organic grocery stands, or I'm sorry, organic fruit stands and whatnot, and it just made

me wonder what the hell organic means.

Guru and I talk about this all the time, about the pesticides that are allowed in organic

production, the non-organic ingredients that are allowed in organic production, at least in America.

So just, I don't know. I thought it would be interesting. We haven't revisited it in a while.

Well, yeah. There's got a great perspective on it. A little bit of an ongoing theme.

So I was going to mix it up. It got me thinking about permaculture, actually. And did you know, permaculture has 12 principles, Scotty? I kind of seemed like... I thought I had three. When we were reviewing the show, it only had three. Now we're 12, man? I have found 12 now. Maybe I will grab a beer.
