It's a good day.

It's, you know, people have asked me like, what are you doing for your birthday?

I'm like, well, I'm working.

I mean, once you're over like 21, birthdays are just like another age and you're just like,

wow, I can't believe I'm this old now.

But I think we need to come up with a name for like today, like what the day actually

is.

It's like Bloody Monday or I don't know what to call it.

It's just terrible.

And more bad news just dropped legitimately as we started to record that Michael Gallup

is going to be out two to four weeks after having his meniscus trimmed.

But oh, man, I want to definitely want you to introduce our guest.

But man, it's a weird day to have my birthday with so much depressing things happening in

the NFL.
