May 2nd, a rooster was constantly crowing on Orange Street. There was a large bang and then a large

amount of water pouring out of a 3 foot hole in a shed on Lewis Street. A landlord had a camera set up to record a

tenant's door on Granite Street. On North Main Street, a neighbor was

smoking marijuana.

Hey. Hey, where are you? Where are you? It's a well-known fact. The general population breaks down into two categories,

people who are good at waiting tables and people who are not.

After I graduated from college, I moved to Chicago and I got a job as a waitress at an

Italian restaurant downtown. It was a busy place, moderately priced. I thought I

could make some money there. I remember the girl who trained me. Her name was Donna and I shadowed her for my first week.

Donna could take care of eight tables at once.

Every request for water, for extra olive oil,

for some special birthday accommodation,

it was never a problem for Donna.

She could talk about wine with authority. Everyone liked her, even the chefs.
