There is nothing worth living for unless it is worth dying for.

My grandmother lived a life devoted to Jesus, and today her talks have been made available

in their original form.

So you too can be built up through the insights and mysteries God revealed to her throughout

her ministry.

Now without further ado, here is Elizabeth Elliott.

It is a tremendous pleasure and a privilege for my husband and me to be here.

My first time at the Cove, and I'm very grateful.

I especially want to thank you, gentlemen, for coming.

I think that's just incredible.

That men would actually come and be willing to sit and listen to a woman.

To thank you, all of you who have probably had to make very elaborate arrangements to

get here.

And I don't really expect people to remember much of anything that I say.

And that's one reason that my husband comes along with me, and we do have some books

at a book table.

And we always hope that you might take home something.

And I would like to mention just two of the books that are back there.
