Today, I'm joined by Michael Phillips from the Richmond Times Dispatch. We get into a lot of topics.

We talk about the ownership situation. We talk about on-field stuff. So it's not just about

who the next owner is, et cetera, because it's really hard to dive into that completely

because there's still some things we don't know who the mystery

bitter is. All I know is I was told he's very wealthy. How wealthy do you have to be when you have

other billionaires and you're not describing him that way, but you're describing this guy this way.

But they're going to keep that person very, very private. So Michael and I will get all that, and, you know, there's still a looming

presence of Jeff Bezos, but until he makes a bid, there's nothing there. I think his name

gets used to drive up, try to drive up the price, which should tell you something. So anyway,

we'll get into all that, and we'll get into again on field self.

So before I get there, just a couple things.

The stadium talk, nothing, there's nothing new there.

And we'll get into some stadium talk as well.

The one thing I will say is the more people I talk to, the more obstacles it seems that

RFK would have for a team to return to the city.
