All the good things, the good things. How are you this morning?

I am really good. It is absolutely beautiful outside. I know I've been complaining a lot about the rain, so it has lifted, and now the grass is like this tall.

And the weeds are flourishing, but my tulips finally, I've got like, it's just like a riot of, I have limited spring color, but whatever color I have is riotous right now.

And it's just fantastic. We're putting down fresh pea gravel and I strung new lights and the trees today this morning, yet before we sat down and dang, like finally, you know, it's north.

I'm north here. It finally feels like it's a really spring. It's just beautiful.

Oh, that's a nice way to start the day. Yes, nice kick off to the weekend.

Yes, we're actually going to have company tomorrow evening and just sit outside and one of my favorite parts about when spring comes is that when we have families over, we can send all the kids outside.

Yes, we cook food on the grill and like all the kids can just that's so fun.

Well, we are excited to be here with you today listeners and we have a special guest, the queen, really of homemaker chic because she's the only one who's been this is her what third or fourth time I don't know.

Yes, I think so.
