the Michael Barry show. So let's go back to Harris County and what we're doing here.

We've got musical chair with candidates because you see there are things that have to be done,

tasks that have to be performed, leadership provided. Who's going to decide when we pick up the

trash and who picks up the trash? Who's going to decide what the tax rate's going to be?

Who's going to make the strategic decisions about our water supply? Who's going to make the

decisions as to who our police chief is going to be? And how many executive chiefs we're going to

have? And how many officers we're going to have? And where we're going to put them? Who's going to

make the decision who our fire chief is going to be? And how many firefighters are going to be on a

truck? And how we're going to respond? Who's going to make the decisions as to how much money we

collect and where it is spent? You know, I'm not surprised that the people who are told, you're

going to be a winner if I'm elected. You're going to be a winner because I'm going to take money from

the rest of town and give it to your part of town. I'm not surprised that that group of people

would vote for a semester turner and next, Sheila Jacksonley. I am surprised they would continue

voting for it when it's a complete and utter failure. And when the crime rate continues to rise,

I am honestly surprised that people can be fooled that many times, but fooled they can be.

So who's going to be the mayor? Who's going to take Sheila Jacksonley's congressional seat should she

win? Who's going to be the controller? The cities bylaws have a built-in kind of check-in balance

that the controller will be the person who gets the financial information and will come out and say,

we're we're headed off a cliff here. The problem is you usually have as a controller,

somebody that wants to be mayor. So they cozy up to the mayor and don't go hard at the mayor,

which is what they should be doing. You should be holding them accountable because you don't know how

much money of your tax dollars are being recovered, raised. You don't know where it's being spent.
