Welcome to the Ralph Nader Radio Hour. My name is Steve Scrovan along with the man of the hour, Ralph Nader. How are you doing this week, Ralph?

Very good and it's going to be a very good show.

And I'm going to tell you a little bit about it.

In the second half of the show, we're going to talk about the global underground economy, with

the economist, attorney, and investigative journalist James S. Henry.

There's a whole lot of wealth buried in tax havens that is contributing mightily to income inequality

around the globe and we're going to find out where it's all buried.

As usual, we will check in with the corporate crime reporter, Russell Mokieber, the Alan

Pinkerton of the corporate crime beat.

We're going to answer some listener questions, but first we're going to talk about one of Ralph's favorite subjects at the Breaking Through Power Conference Ralph hosted in May a full day was devoted to the topic of waging peace instead of war and that happens to be

the title of an essay written by our next guest Charles Kyle which is part of a larger

work entitled we need a a Department of Peace.

As well as being an activist, Mr. Kyle's Professor Emeritus of American Studies

at the State University of New York Buffalo,

he is also a poet and a musician who has written several books

about music and society including one entitled Urban Blues. So welcome to
