We got part two of the show we did last week focusing on pitching this week, trying to find some value in pitcher changes.

I'm going to be looking at some approach stuff, pitch use, you know, different things in terms of movement and

V-Lo, it's always easier to do with pitching because there's so much to look at in any given

start. And this is the time of year where finding value on some of these guys can bring an

entire season of benefits to the squad.

So I know, Steve, I need it.

While I am actually performing well in the industry leagues, I am down astronomically in my

home league dead last looking for any will to live it feels like anything

that can go wrong is going wrong uh this is really a nightmare for me that's not what this show

is about but i feel like you and i are usually cruising in pretty good shape in our leagues that

that matter most our home leagues and i had to commiserate because I didn't

tell you offline that I'm at the end of the road here in terms of having spirit in my

home league chat, all of that good stuff. So we're not going to focus on that too much. But anyway,

this show is great because you can find some of these pictures out on the wire

i did add one of these guys we'll get to it at a minute but roster wise it's everything from guys

80 90% owned down to 1% or 5% so it's going to be a great show steve hopefully uh you're in better
