Today is Thursday, July 18th. I'm Van Burnett, joined as always by Steve Giswelly.

I guess happy All-Star break to those who celebrate and don't freak out checking their

lineups and not seeing stats like we all do. It was interesting. I had to watch highlights, Steve. I did not watch it.

I had a Klein event down in St. Louis. I am pretty wiped out. But I caught all the highlights.

I caught the awful uniforms, especially the American League ones, I will add. But yeah, it is good to be back and thinking about the second half of the season,

which is what the show topic is.

Talking bold predictions for second half.

Not sure we've ever done it, Steve, and it's a great topic and a great one to roll in

with our chalkboard picks at the start of the year.

We're doing a little chalkboard check-in and assessing.

It's like a midterm report on your grades here to see how we're doing.

Some of them look great.

Other ones look awful.

It will be fun to tackle that in the back half of the show.

But yeah, first half talking bold predictions in the second half.

And for whatever reason, reason Steve I feel like first

half second half splits is kind of home sweet home for waft when it comes to show topics and I don't

know why but it's going to be a fun one to get into and also to look back on at the end of the year

how's it going man it's good um I did not watch much of the All-Star break, all-star game either.

It was my anniversary yesterday, so we had the dinner.
