Welcome back, everybody. It is Wins Above Fantasy episode 134, Thursday, April 11th.

And Steve, here we are talking about waiver wire starting pitchers because what else could we possibly meet?

It seems like the entire industry has been in the dumps and understandably so for a week.

But, you know, we're a a weekly show so we got to keep

the vibes high over here and we're talking about how we can try our best to replace some of these

guys as much as you can try to replace a Spencer strider or a comeback player of the year and

Shane Bieber or for me Steve who's SP1 and two on a reliever heavy strategy was Framber Valdez and Nick Povetta.

Luckily, it looks like those two don't have as bleak of an outcome or outlook as some of the others.

But yeah, wow, here we are, guys. And it's about two and a half weeks

into the season. And we are desperate to backfill. So today, that's, of course, going to be our

focus. We're going to talk about some stuff to look for and some, of course, names that we like

and would recommend. We'll do the deep dive but

Steve how's it going man are you stumbling through the season already it's good it's good

I drafted my pitchers injured so I'm good I drafted like Sanga who just got moved to the

60 day IL so I got ahead of it, you know.

You know, that meme where the guy's point in his head,

like, your pitchers can't get hurt if they're already injured.

But, yeah, there's definitely been, like,

it seems like the whole baseball world has just, like, been put on pause over the last five to six days just with all these injuries that have happened.

And I don't want to get, like, too much into it.

There's been plenty of podcasts about just, like, the state of the game and how to fix it.
