So the story folks is that several people texted or emailed or called us, I think somebody actually

tweeted that they had just heard Wade Foster, our guest, CEO of Zappier, on the Y-Combinator podcast.

And I went and listened, and we encourage you to do so as well.

And in the middle of talking about his company and its experience with

by Combinator and funding and so on. He happened to mention that the company was

very dispersed and that they use this great podcast called Manager Tools.

I laughed a little bit because what's interesting to me about that Wade is that if you ask me one of the most frequent questions I get from smaller firms,

despite the fact that many of them are clients of ours in Silicon Valley,

they say to us, well, you're only for big companies.

And I say, why do you say that? And they say, well, the examples you use, you mentioned

cubicles, we don't have cubicles, or you're talking about HR. We don't have HR yet.
