you're giving up. And the question is, does it, do you have to still give it up on Sundays?

This is a little debate we were having on, on, uh, X before, uh,

a couple of people going back and forth on this question. Now, I can tell you, I was growing up

in an Italian Catholic household. I was always told Sundays were your day of exemption from

whatever you give up. Although I also had a priest when I was very young, tell me, I could make a joke here, but I'm not going to you. I had a priest when I was very young tell me,

tell me you should really try to give up something that you don't want to bring back into your life when Lent is over. Like, in other words, something you give up that will make you better

and you don't go back to it in 40 days. Like, so, you know, instead of just giving up bread or alcohol or something like that,

unless you plan to give it up for good, give up negativity or selfishness or

compulsive gambling, cocaine and hookers, things, things like that.
