And earlier today, a grand jury in the state of Virginia indicted New York Attorney General, Letitia James, on one count of bank fraud and one count of making false statements.

MSNBC was the first to report that Lindsay Halligan, the interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern

District of Virginia, was presenting evidence to the grand jury.

Halligan was Trump's pick, of course, for the role after he forced out the previous U.S.
