we're going to talk about vulnerability versus oversharing. First of all, have you noticed the new

beautiful background music? And also, did you notice that there's a new

podcast cover art? I'm super excited about both of these things. New year, new me, I guess.

But actually what happened was there was an ice storm here so I was like locked in the house for four

days and I was like you know what might as well now do these things that I've been thinking of

doing for like three years um the old podcast cover was actually just a stock photo of some other

lady looking at the beach um but it's really weird whenever I looked at

it, like, I felt like it was me, like, because it was just the back of her head and it kind of had

a cardigan like she did. So I was like, you know what? This is basically me. And yeah, I made that for over four years ago and have always wanted to update the cover art,

but just didn't really have like the picture I wanted or didn't really know what I want to

change it to.

Anyways, since I updated that and now I like love the new cover art I figured you know what could just freshen up the
