And I'm Sierra for this week's episode. We wanted to dive into the topic of vulnerability versus over sharing online.

This kind of came to us as we were planning episodes and stuff for the month because we were we both followed

online that like had shared something that Meg and I were talking about and we were like I don't

know if we would feel comfortable like sharing something like that online so then we just

talking a little bit more. Kind of led to a deep dive of like what would we share versus what do we

choose not to share what different things contribute to

like a vulnerable post versus something where you're like I think this is maybe like

something that could have been kept to yourself so that's obviously what we're going to talk

about in today's episode and we are going to be like name dropping different like creators and

stuff that we either follow or just like

see the post online to like illustrate different points that we have so this is just like our take

and our thoughts you guys may agree or disagree you might feel like someone that we say is oversharing

is just being vulnerable or vice versa so take everything that we say like with a grain of salt

then obviously if you guys want to
