Even though we do want to talk baseball, we want to talk some other subjects here.

Let's talk about what's about to tip off in the east. St. Johns and Duke.

The line just dropped from 7 to 6.5 here at the Circus Sportsbook.

Total down from 142.5 or so to 140 and a half. And Chris Massaro, you and I have a best bet in the Circuit College Hoops Challenge. We each took St. John's plus seven. Why do you like to Johnny so

much? You know, I just feel like the pressure is going to get to Duke. We saw what the pressure did to Kansas. You know, 19 turnovers. They were having trouble inbound in the ball. I also think it's a good matchup for St. John. You got Edge of Four going up against Boozer. You know, Boozer's been able to have his way with a lot smaller players. You've got a grown man in the size of Edge of Force having an amazing year.

Biggie's player of the year are defensively and overall player of the year.

You got Bryce Hopkins.

You got older guys on this St. John's team.

You got Patino, 12 and 1 straight up in the Sweet 16.

It's a pretty good stat.

I like the fact that this team is playing

great defense. I've mentioned it a few times on some different shows that Petino made an offhanded

comment at some point during the regular season where he said, you know, a lot of guys are coming

from bigger programs, coming in with NIL, and maybe they're just not as fired up playing

against some of the watered down

teams in the Big East this year. And maybe something to that because the last few weeks, they've been locked in defensively. They've really extended the pressure, full court, and, you know, especially in the half court, defended out to the three-point line. So I just think it's going to be a little bit trouble. Duke's had some trouble in this tournament. They've had some trouble in the ACC tournament since Caleb Foster's been out.
