Game two is tonight in Raleigh. Is there any chance it's as close to what we experienced a couple nights ago together? Is there any chance? Yeah, there's always a chance. Kind of like what I said after Carolina went up 2-0, I was hoping for a competitive series. And next thing you know, VGK just reels off goal after goal after goal.

And they're up in this series now one game, nothing on the road. And then last night we had the NBA finals at the New York Knicks taking a 1-0 lead over the Spurs. We were not on the air for that one. But I was kind of wishing we were because it was a fun game. A lot of runs, both directions. and in the end, the Knicks prevail. I got to tell you something funny about this last night. First of all, I do have a couple of bets on the Golden Knights Hurricanes game two. So we'll talk about that later. That's our game of the night, right? That has to be our game. We'll get to that later. We'll get to that later. Linda Cohn, great guest for tonight's show. All-timer. Last night, I bounced around with a couple sports books. I'm watching the Nick Spurs game. I started at the M Resort and moved around to the South Point, finished over at the Westgate. There's about, I don't know, eight minutes to go. And I said, well, I'm just

going to drive across the street and go home. I'm going to watch the end of the game at home.

All right. Get home. Flip on my direct TV. And guess which channel is blacked out?

Oh, there's a dispute. Because there's a contract dispute. Or ABC is not on direct TV. I could not watch the last

eight minutes of the game. I had to listen to it on the radio. You're living in like

1947 over there getting World War II update. I had a World War II ended before that, but you get my

point. Like what happened? We went too far where now I think you almost have to get cable these days. You almost have to. How does DirecTV have fallouts with last year? I think it was CBS. That sounds right. There were 12 tournaments you couldn't watch on the weekend. I have YouTube TV. I had a couple weeks in the college football season where I couldn't watch college football on YouTube TV. Yeah, right. ESPN was out. Yeah, that's that type of stuff can not happen. Obviously, I didn't even know Direc TV's going through a dispute with ABC. Well, you would have known, if you, if you would have known, maybe your recent negotiation with them to get a better rate would have went differently. Maybe that's why they gave you a good rate. They don get a great rate. I did get a great rate. Call, threaten to cancel your service about five

times in the rate. The offer just keeps getting better and better to stay on as a customer.

But if I had known there was no ABC, you're right. But here's the deal. I had to wait to watch

the last eight minutes of the game on the replay late at night

on ESPN.

No, on ESPN.

Oh, I see.

Okay.

And then the playoff playback on NBA TV.

So I did get the chance to watch those games.
