Will, the other night we saw the Vegas Golden Knights win game one in Raleighwood, as they call it.

I didn't realize that until like a few days ago, that they say Raleigh is Raleigh-Wood, as we have Vegas versus Raleigh-Wood.

But the Golden Knights showing that grit, that toughness, and that skill that they have shown since hiring John Tortorella, have a 1-0 series lead and are now your favorites to win the Stanley Cup.

Final minus 155 at Draft Kings, Carolina, plus 130.

But as it pertains to game two, Hurricanes minus 162 at Draft Kings Carolina plus 130 but as it pertains to game two hurricanes minus 162 at

draft Kings and you see Vegas plus 136 total at five and a half so I've seen a couple of places

go to six but right now I'm seeing the total sitting at five and a half juice towards the over

here is a game one I think surprised a lot folks. I think a lot of people had Carolina in the under and it ended up being Vegas and the over. I was on Vegas at plus 145. That's not to pat my back. I've just kind of been in on this John Tortorella version of the Golden Knights because it's something different. Carolina is a really good team. They would be a worthy champion. But Vegas has been the ultimate wildcard all Stanley Cup final.

We saw what the ceiling was for this team in game one against who's been the best team in the

Stanley Cup playoffs so far in the hurricanes. Yeah. And in the NBA, I've talked about this a lot, and it's no secret. When a team

loses game one at home, just you kind of have to turn your brain off. Forget what you saw

in game one and Benham game two. They usually win. They usually win pretty comfortably. And they

usually cover. And it's, you know, 82 and 20, the last hundred and two, something straight

up and, you know, 70 and 30 against the spread there. I mean, it's just, it's ridiculous the game two trend when a team loses game one. And how much makes sense. They're home. They're motivated. They're the better team. The team that wins game one is a little satisfied. So that's a good recipe, a good trend in the NBA. Not a huge hockey yet, but I don't think it works as well in hockey. I know it doesn't. And it's just, you know, home ice isn't as prevalent. And if anything, I would buck the trend I usually like to play in the NBA. And I would actually take the plus price here with Vegas. I mean, you're getting a team that's playing as well as they're playing. And you get a plus price. I know it's the zigzag. I know the team that's the favor here. Carolina is their home. They're more desperate. But boy, you're paying a tax for this with the desperation. Are you not here with Carolina? To me, the value is on the underdog. Yeah, it feels like you're playing a slight tax because this was in like that minus 160 range ahead of game one. So like I almost

assume if you do like Vegas, you can probably sit back and wait a little bit because I'm assuming

a lot of people are going to say, hey, let me parlay Carolina with whatever else I liked that night

or parlay it with something in the NBA or parlay it with like a cross sport future
