We do have some breaking news here that we want to bring to your attention. Certainly,

it's big news if you're out in Las Vegas, because Shams Tarania is just tweeting this out now,

just in that the NBA will hold a vote at the board of governors meeting March 24 and 25th to

explore adding expansion teams in the NBA exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle.

With the two franchises targeted for 2028 and 2029, there is momentum for stakeholders to approve that surveying what industry executive project will be in the bids for seven to

10 billion range for each of these teams jensen seven to ten billy to get a team to

Seattle in las Vegas but i've said it before certainly when i lived out in las Vegas they are becoming

all sports all all times.

Used to be the fight capital of the world.

I think Las Vegas, if they get the NBA and with MLB coming,

you can make the short claim that they are now the sports capital of the world.

This is big news, obviously, because the NBA product has really been trending downward.
