Back on the country roads, my friend, we are back to Morgan Town and we will get to lead off

the Super Regionals and our coverage on ESPN tomorrow at high noon. The buzz around here is is absolutely

insane. Of course, how can it not be after what I was privileged to be a part of on the broadcast

side to finish the Morgantown Regional? They get the Super against Cal Poly, who came out of the number one Los Angeles

regional where the top seed UCLA got knocked out. A lot more to jump into with Quentin Mills

with later on here and what he kind of feels. But Dave, I got to tell you, I know we just

talked with Mike Palm about it. There is a lot to love about the parody of college baseball. So we'll put a pin in that. I got some angles for you. But man, we're in for a hell of a weekend here in Morgan Tell. And very quickly, maybe just because I'm too close to it, you know, working with you every day. It does feel like it's different this year. Does that feel nationally different with this

whole iteration of the road to Omaha? Not to say that it wasn't palpable and people weren't

excited about it in years past. It does feel like it's starting to get a little bit more traction

out there in the general population. Yeah. And it's because of all the upsets, too.

I mean, we have seven of the 16 national seeds that are out headed into super

regionals.

You have eight new teams.

All the representatives in the College World Series this year will be brand new teams

from last year.

And we will have a new national champion. LSU didn't even qualify for the regional round. It tells you all kinds of chaos that's transpired here in the college postseason. We all love our college football and college basketball. That's for sure. It's nice to see college baseball getting some shine as well. And I kind of like that Morgantown ticket of West Virginia at 12 to 1. Very intriguing out there as well. Let's get to it. There's a lot to get to here. Obviously, getting ready for a game two in the NBA finals tomorrow night. We got a game two in the NHL tonight. And let's break it all down in today's edition of the Daily Docket.
