Yeah, so what has been going on? I feel like it feels like it's been like two weeks maybe because I've had such a packed week with just all the stuff and birthday stuff that I feel like like what was the last time we

did like a social media update I'm like what the hell and I don't even know what's

going on I probably missed it all but yeah we have a few notes but we're gonna get

right into the episode and the after show.

I was kind of relieved there was no watch what happens live because I'm like, okay, that's a little less work now that we have the

valley to cover.
