0:30.4	But the other thing is I realize it around issues of health, around some private issues,
0:35.9	and relationships we hold so much in.
0:38.8	And I found so much security, so much freedom.
0:42.2	I found the power of vulnerability and being really honest with my friends about what's
0:46.4	going on in my world.
0:47.8	And because I've had so much time in the house recently, it's been really powerful to
0:52.1	connect with people and be like, well, this actually just happened.
0:54.2	And I don't need to tell 10 friends this happened.
0:56.2	I don't need to post something on the internet about it, but just like reconnecting with people
1:01.1	and sort of going through some of the things that are big and small with my friends has
1:05.0	actually been really powerful and has made our relationships much deeper.
1:08.0	So not only checking on your friends, checking is like, hey, what's up?
