I was intrigued by the piece that you published titled

Our falling IQ shows in the polls.

Lay out the premise of this article for us.

Starting about 1930,

social researchers have tracked the IQ level of Americans with a big enough

sample of the population that we can draw some conclusions from it.

And from 1930 until this last period that I'm going to talk to you about, our IQs, our national IQs, have risen significantly every decade from three to five points per decade.
