I am Bemiki joined by West Rucker and have quite a bit to discuss on this episode of the

podcast. It's been a minute since we hopped on the podcast to talk some Tennessee baseball, so we do have plenty to recap and we also have quite a bit to look forward to because Tennessee travels to Baton Rouge literally as we speak.

They are currently on a plane headed down to the boot

to take on number one LSU that is absolutely rocking and rolling so have have several things to get into when it comes to previewing that matchup this weekend.

But first Wes how are you doing all right man man I should tell you that you're not just

joined by me on this episode Gus is in the building he is at my feet he refused to leave

Fort Rucker studio he would not go out to the hall and he is just staring at me now. So if you hear a little pitter patter, that's what you're hearing. Apologies.

Well, Gus just wants to talk some Tennessee Baseball or I should say, I guess, take in some Tennessee

baseball and there is plenty to take in. We mentioned it. They play LSU this weekend in Baton Rouge and then next

weekend they will come back home and they will play number three Florida I believe and then the following week they will travel to

Number six Arkansas and then the week after that they come back home and they play number four I believe

Vanderbilt so quite the stretch here for Tennessee and it comes after a a big much needed sweep of a top 25 baseball team and that is the Texas A&M fighting Aggies they are no longer

ranked after being swept by Tennessee but they did arrive in Knoxville as the

as the number 21 overall team in the country and it was a big weekend for Tennessee.

After what happened at Missouri, it was much needed.

They needed to bounce back and figure out a way to get in the win column as the great John Wilkerson would say and they did that three times.

Yeah, it was a big weekend Ben, you know, any time and we can sit here all day and talk about how Tennessee opening the season at

Missouri is weird and and it is because it's cold and miserable there and the weather was bad and there was a

you know two seven inning games after a day off and there were a lot of

weird things about that series at the end of the day though you would expect Tennessee to take
