This season, we certainly know that it will be

the final weekend of baseball during the regular season. Tennessee's chances of hosting are still alive.

Hosting a regional in the NCAA tournament are still alive you win this weekend you beat

Kentucky you you beat South Carolina next weekend both difficult, but also very doable, and then probably win a game or two, and you

will be hosting, which will be very important for Tennessee, especially given how they have played on the road this season.

But in order to get to a regional, you gotta get through Kentucky first this weekend,

and that will be a big challenge for the balls and it'll also be a fun

Matchup in one of the better match-ups in college baseball this weekend

Kentucky ranked number 17 according to D1 baseball.com Tennessee ranked number 23

so we've got ourselves a little top 25 matchup at Lindsay Nelson this

weekend and and before we get into this weekend and our thoughts and keys to a series victory for Tennessee.

You want to take a step back and look at Tennessee's win over Austin P on Tuesday for a quick moment, the second to last

midweek game of the season, which is hard to believe, Wes, but nonetheless here we are and not a very entertaining

baseball game per se I thought the story line was that hey Charlie Taylor

hit a fricking grand slam and Christian Scott hit as hit a

baseball as well as he's ever hit one in his life and he's he's had some impressive

hits this season and has been one of Tennessee's better hitters as we discussed on the podcast earlier in the week recapping the loss to Georgia over the weekend.
