day here in East Tennessee past The past couple of days just been

absolutely beautiful. I think it's going to rain all weekend but just man. Unseasonably

warm, beautiful, great weather. Not just me on this podcast, joined by a guy who, unlike me, took advantage of

today by going out and getting some exercise in, getting a run-in on this beautiful day. Let's go down to

Sit around and watch Tennessee basketball for long enough. That's true. I went to the dentist today.

Does that count as exercise? I'm not sure. Yeah, that's fun exercise and torture. Yeah, the, the, like the normal hygienist, she is on maternity leave, so it was the new hygienist and you know she was she was doing

the cleaning thing got a little sensitive and she was saying did you change your

toothbrush recently I was like I don't know but I apparently I've changed my

hygienist maybe that's a part of it. It's just messing with her. She's a sweet girl. It's all right. And it had no cavities. So I feel like I should get money from the tooth fairy. Is, is that how that goes?
