Last night, the Cerulean Hydro Power Plant that provided the safest, most affordable and reliable electricity to Canto was destroyed, plunging the entire

region into darkness and taking the lives of over 300 Surulean Hydro employees.

This act of blatant terrorism was executed by a group that calls themselves void.

This terrorist attack against all the innocent Serulean hydro employees,

Kanto, and the world will not go unpunished.

We will cleanse the villainous scourge of the terrorists named Void with the blinding light of justice.

We have intelligence that this group's numbers are far larger than we anticipated and thus drastic

measures have been taken. For the first time since my great-great-grandfather, Calvin Averis, separated the family from

Averis Industries to maintain an unbiased political position, I am reforging the link between the two.
