Alright, so one of the things we talked about today is the UAW workers going on strike

in one of the things that I have been very adamant about and there are many UAW workers

so I'm sure mad that I'm saying this but this is the reality.

You guys are not coming off as the good guys in this one and that is different than maybe

it has been in the past because I think the couple things are playing into this.

One is the condition of the economy.

Two, people are looking at the actual proposal that is out there according to Reuters and

other places that it was a 20% pay increase over a couple years but you're still going

up about 5% a year and people look at that and go that's pretty damn good in this economy.

And number three, people are saying look through the COVID, the supply chain, the economy

has been battered enough and there is a perception whether real or otherwise and people would

be wise who want to get mad at me for saying this to actually listen to what I'm telling

you.

There is a perception real or otherwise that the UAW is weaponizing their ability to affect

other jobs to strung our themselves into higher pay and there are many, many people.
